Dr. Elizabeth Bloxham
Dr. Bloxham is a Missouri native who earned her bachelor of science degree in Biology from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. She obtained her medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete a dually accredited pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. She recently relocated to Long Island to join her new husband who was already working in the area.
Dr. Bloxham believes families should play an active role in the care of their child and encourages questions and discussions. She enjoys working with children of all ages but has a special interest in the care of the newborn. This includes working closely with mothers to promote successful breast feeding and she is currently working towards becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
In her free time, Dr. Bloxham enjoys being with her family, watching movies, and spending time exploring the regions lakes and beaches.

Caryn Moeller, RPA-C. Caryn is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, with many years of experience working with children at some of the top locations in the country.
Caryn is available for immediate well and sick visits. Appointments can be scheduled with her on Tuesdays from 2p.m-8p.m, Wednesdays from 9a.m-6p.m, Thursdays from 9a.m-6p.m, and every second Friday of each month from 9a.m-12p.m.
